What we collect, and what we do with it.

When you write to us. A message sent through this site — your name, email, and anything you add about your business — is stored in our systems and in the relationship records we keep, so we can respond and, if a conversation follows, evaluate a potential transaction. You'll receive a short confirmation by email that you can reply to directly. Financial information is exchanged only under a non-disclosure agreement.

When you call, text, or book a call. Our business number and scheduling are run through service providers; the call, message, or booking details are kept with your record for the same purpose.

The tools on the site. The cursory check, the tail end, the Real Math and similar tools run in your browser and remember what you entered there. Nothing you enter is sent to us unless you put it in a message and send it.

Analytics. We use website analytics to understand which pages are read and how the tools are used. This may use cookies or similar technologies and collect technical information such as browser type, approximate location, and pages visited. Where the law where you live requires it, we'll ask before setting non-essential cookies. Analytics tells us how the site is used; it doesn't tell us who you are.

What we don't do. We don't sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site and our business, our professional advisors, and, where a transaction is being evaluated, lenders or partners under confidentiality. We don't send marketing you didn't ask for; mandate updates and letters go only to people who requested them.

Your choices. You can ask us not to contact you at all, not to contact you by a particular channel, or not to track your use of the site — three different things, and we honor each separately. If you tell us when to check back, we check back then and not before. Ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, at inquiries@fellwater.com.

Changes. If this changes materially, the date below will.
